Birthday Cake Nyan is inspired by Sad Nyan Cat. He is a traditional Nyan fused with a Confetti Cupcake poptart. This Nyan is unfriendly and short-tempered, largely due to his job resulting into mistreatment from children he has no choice but to tolerate. He takes his anger out during supposedly therapeutic drives on busy roads where, typically, he'll yell at other drivers and slam the horn of his car.
He enjoys resting alone on his couch in the dark while the TV plays, though he doesn't actually watch it. The background noise is peaceful for him and takes away the stress of his daily life.

- Birthday Cake Nyan suffers from dysthymia, but he uses it as motivation to keep his job (despite everything the kids put him through) as knowing he's making people happy helps him feel a lot better.
