He is Captain America from Marvel comics only with a red, white, and blue trail and is flying in front of a navy-colored background. Instead of stars, he has swords. In place of Nyan Cat's head is Captain America's head. In place of the poptart is Captain America's shield with hands and legs in place of Nyan Cat's legs. Understandably, there is no tail.
