Retro Nyan Cat (aka Vintage Nyan Cat) is a spoof of Nyan Cat who appears on nyan.cat.
Physical Appearance[]
It appears identical to the original Nyan Cat, but in different shades of brown, resembling sepia.
Its background song is a piano midi version of the original Nyan Cat song that can be found online.
The Retro Nyan cat also had its own special variant of Lovebots known as Retrobots, which were Sepia Lovebots. Sadly, they ended up being changed to standard Lovebots for some strange reason.

- The Retro cat actually moves slower than the original Nyan Cats; the other nyans that do this are the Nyan Coin and Slomo Cat (but not as slow as Slomo Cat).
- Despite it moving slower than other nyans, it's gif on the Pick a Flavor menu is the normal speed.
- Retro Nyan Cat once had its own variant of Lovebots known as Retrobots. Sadly, these have replaced with normal Lovebots.
- This is the slowest jump animation cat.
- Currently, the Retro Nyan Cat is one of the very rare nyans on Nyan.Cat to actually have seven colors in its rainbow streak. However, there are only two unique colors in it due to the coloring restraints it is referencing.
